Get the current status of a scan.

Args: scan_id: Scan ID to check user: Authenticated user from Clerk

Returns: Scan status information

Raises: 401: Unauthorized (invalid token) 403: Forbidden (scan not owned by user’s org) 404: Not found (scan not found)
