Get the results of a completed scan.

Args: scan_id: Scan ID to get results for user: Authenticated user from Clerk

Returns: Scan results with issues and summary

Raises: 401: Unauthorized (invalid token) 403: Forbidden (scan not owned by user’s org) 404: Not found (scan not found) 400: Bad request (scan not completed)
